Privacy Policy
Who we are
This website is run by an independent real-estate channel partner, authorised to market Capstone Life The Midsummer Rain, off Airport Road, North Bengaluru. We are not Capstone Life, and this is not the developer's official website.
What we collect
- The details you type into our enquiry forms: your name, mobile number, country code and, if you give it, your email.
- What you asked for (price sheet, floor plans, brochure, site visit or call back) and the unit type you clicked, if any.
- How you reached the page: the advertising source and campaign (UTM parameters and ad click IDs), the page address and the time of your enquiry.
- Standard usage data collected by Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics through cookies.
How we use it
- To call, message or email you about this project, as you agreed when you submitted the form.
- To share your enquiry with Capstone Life's sales team so they can give you official pricing, availability and site-visit slots.
- To measure which ads bring enquiries, so we can improve our advertising.
We do not sell your details, and we do not use them to market unrelated projects without asking you.
Who we share it with
- Capstone Life and its sales team, for this project only.
- Service providers who process data for us: Pabbly (form delivery), Google (Sheets, Tag Manager, Ads, Analytics) and our digital marketing partner, IamHere Software Labs Pvt. Ltd.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as the project is being sold, and for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
- Ask us to stop contacting you at any time, by replying to our message or using the contact details on this page.
- Ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, or for them to be corrected or deleted.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The enquiry form still works without them.
